Cams Alders Housing Development

The Cams Alders area on the western edge of Portchester was developed for housing in the 1980s and 1990s on land that had been part of the Cams Hall estate. The development included family houses, a recreation ground with sports pitches and a children's playground. It was one of the last major residential developments in Portchester, effectively completing the built-up area between Portchester and Fareham.
