Portchester does not have its own leisure centre, but the nearest facilities are close by in Fareham and Portsmouth. Fareham Leisure Centre is the most convenient option for most Portchester residents, being only a short drive away on the western side of Fareham town.

Fareham Leisure Centre offers a swimming pool, gym, group exercise studios, sports halls and various fitness classes. The pool has a main tank for lane swimming and a smaller learner pool for children and beginners.
